2024 Cheyenne Reformation Conference

Society today is unclear who we are as human beings, what gender we are, and how we ought to relate to one another. This conference will take us back to the beginning of the Christian Scriptures where God makes clear what it means to be human, what it means to have fallen into sin, and how he plans to bring us to glory through the Proper Man, Jesus Christ. 

Northwoods Presbyterian Church (PCA) invites you to join us this fall for our annual conference.

Registration – You can register online (after June 15, 2024) or at the door 

  • Adults: $30 (18 and under free) 
  • Fees can be paid online at the time of registration or at the conference. Cash, check, or card accepted. 
  • Seating is limited 
  • Lunch included on Saturday 
  • Children are welcome; Childcare NOT provided 

Conference Schedule

Friday, September 27

6 pm:  Registration Opens

7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Session 1: “What a Piece of Work is Man”  
In this first session we’ll consider the historicity, creation, covenant, and significance of man. 

8:00 pm: Pie social and fellowship time

Saturday, September 28

8:00 am: Registration Opens

9:00 am – 10:00 am Session 2: “Man Delights Not Me”  
In Session Two we consider the doctrine of sin. 

Break

10:30 am – 11:30 am Session 3: “With Whom I Am Well Pleased”  
In Session Three we look at Jesus’ temptations to show he’s the perfect Son of God.  

11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Lunch

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Session 4: “To Bring Many Sons to Glory”  
In Session Four we Jesus’ ontology, impeccability, temptability, obedience.

Break

2:15 pm – 3:15 pm: Q&A Session

3:15 pm: Conference Ends for the day

Lord’s Day, September 29

9:00 am – 10:00 am Session 5: Summary 
In this fifth session we do a re-cap of the whole conference and then have a time of question and answer. 

We extend a warm invitation to all visitors to worship with us.

Dr Gibson will be preaching at our 10:30 am service.
